We can accept digital materials on 3.5" floppy, zip, CD or through email. Digital materials must be correctly prepared, using these instructions.

We prefer Macintosh® format and can accept:

• QuarkXPress® 6.5

• Adobe® Photoshop  7.0 and CS2

• Adobe® Illustrator 10.0 and CS2

• Adobe® Pagemaker 7.0

We can also accept these PC formats for printing one color only:

• Microsoft® Word 2000

• Microsoft Publisher 2000

Include also:

• All graphics files

• All screen fonts and printer fonts used

Also send:

• Printed copy (with colors separated if more than one color)

• Your company name

• Your name and phone number

• Name and phone number of person to contact if there are problems with the file

Important graphics specifications:

• Use an output resolution of 300 dpi for files of halftones, graphics or color images

• For JPEG files at 72 dpi, graphics must be 4.5 times larger than the final print size (so we can reduce it and achieve 300 dpi)

• Send original, high-resolution EPS/TIFF file(s)

• Turn text into outlines before saving Illustrator® files
